The Landscape Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and closing sales for landscape installation and enhancement projects. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships and helping customers transform and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. Salary plus commission is negotiable based upon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new residential landscape opportunities
• Meet with prospective clients to assess needs and recommend solutions
• Prepare estimates, proposals and contracts
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure successful project execution
• Attend networking events and participate in community outreach opportunities
• Track sales activity and meet established sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience required; landscape industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service
• Valid driver's license
