We are seeking an experienced construction-industry sales professional who thrives in consultative, selling and wants to represent a respected luxury brand. You will guide homeowners through the early stages of the design-build process - helping them clarify goals, provide design feedback, understand investment ranges, and determine the right path forward. Success in this role comes from credibility, preparation, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to earn trust with high-end clients. This is not a high-pressure sales environment, the focus is developing relationships and partnerships with potential clients who value the design-build process. It is a performance-driven role with clear expectations and meaningful upside for high performance.

Responsibilities: You will be involved in the pre-construction sales process from first conversation, to the design development, through the signed agreement, using a defined process and professional tools.

• Run pre-scheduled remote and on-site consultations with luxury residential clients
• Lead discovery conversations to understand vision, scope, budget, and timeline
• Present Boyce Design + Build’s process, value, and approach with confidence and clarity
• Manage proactive follow-up throughout the sales and pre-construction phase
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance against monthly and quarterly goals
• Collaborate closely with design and construction teams for seamless project handoff
• Prospect, market, and promote new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at every touchpoint
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, referral partners, and industry professionals
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal design and construction teams
• Educate clients on the design-build process, budgeting considerations, and project timelinesWelcome and identify customer needs

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the construction industry required (design-build, remodeling, custom homes, or related field)
• Proven consultative sales experience, preferably with high-end clients
• Strong communication, listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Professional presence and confidence in luxury home environments
• Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility for evening and occasional weekend appointments
• Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face and building rapport quickly
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn company products, services, and local requirements
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
