Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to lead evening operations in our restaurant and bar. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting team performance, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations during peak business hours.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about guest service and team development.

$20 - $24 hourly

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily evening operations of the restaurant and bar
• Lead front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Ensure compliance with hotel and brand service standards
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve service concerns
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift assignments
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the outlet
• Support inventory control and beverage management procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and guest service skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a high-volume environment
• Experience with POS systems and cash-handling procedures
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Hotel or upscale dining experience
• Previous experience supervising bar operations
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Alcohol service certification
