Mapping: ICU B SHIFT: RATE: LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 13 weeks
AVAILABLE START DATES: Every Monday SCRUBS: Navy Blue 50 mile radius- NO LOCAL TRAVELERS

Requires CRRT, Impella; Prefers ECMO Must have 18 months in specialty within the past 3 years GA or compact license in hand
