**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet visitors, vendors, and/or employees in a professional manner at the front desk.
+ Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
+ Assist with controlling entry and exit points for authorized personnel and/or deliveries.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies.
+ Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any security-related concerns or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
+ Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting with directions or information as needed.
+ Support Allied Universal management and site leadership by following security-related procedures and protocols specific to the location.
+ Assist in emergency response activities, such as guiding occupants during evacuations or other urgent situations.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
