Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to extend the lifespan of HVAC equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations and repairs.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports and invoices.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer and service technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification is a plus.
