Customer Service Representative - Entry Level
We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns through residential, door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods . This role focuses on face-to-face customer service , community engagement, and building positive relationships with residents while supporting meaningful nonprofit causes.
No experience is required — we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on support from day one.
This position is ideal for individuals with a customer service mindset who enjoy working with people and want to make a difference in their community.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents through residential outreach
- Engage directly with community members to support nonprofit fundraising initiatives
- Educate residents on nonprofit missions, programs, and impact
- Answer questions and address concerns clearly and respectfully
- Encourage participation through one-time or recurring donations
- Represent nonprofit partners with a positive and professional attitude
- Collect community feedback to help improve outreach and service strategies
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or sales is a plus — not required
