We’re looking for licensed real estate agents who want to grow into strong, full-time agents by working directly with buyers, sellers, leads, clients, open houses, and showing opportunities.
This role is built for someone who loves real estate, wants more experience, and is serious about building a long-term career.
You may work with buyers and sellers, support senior agents, host open houses, show homes, attend inspections, help with client follow-up, and learn the full transaction process along the way.
This is a great fit for someone who wants to become a productive full-time real estate agent but wants the training, support, and reps to build confidence faster.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the team, you may:
● Work with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process
● Communicate with clients, potential clients, team members, and vendors
● Host open houses for team listings and lead generation opportunities
● Show homes to qualified buyers
● Assist senior agents with buyer and seller clients
● Attend home inspections, walkthroughs, and closings when needed
● Follow up quickly and professionally with calls, texts, and emails
● Provide prompt feedback after showings and client appointments
● Help coordinate showings with clients, listing agents, and sellers
● Learn how to guide buyers through the home search process
● Refine buyer criteria and help identify homes that match their needs
● Educate yourself on local communities, neighborhoods, and listed properties
● Support a smooth client experience from first conversation to closing
● Use team systems, CRM tools, and marketing resources
● Build your own real estate business while learning from experienced agents
Important Note
This is not just a showing assistant position.
Showing homes may be part of the opportunity, but the bigger goal is to help the right agent grow into a confident, full-time real estate professional who can work with buyers, sellers, and clients at a high level. For certain transactions, the team lead or senior agent may handle contract drafting, negotiation, and higher-level transaction strategy while you learn the process and support the client experience.
Who We’re Looking For
● A licensed real estate salesperson or broker
● Currently licensed or actively taking real estate classes
● Ambitious, coachable, and serious about growing
● Professional in appearance, communication, and follow-up
● Willing to drive to showings, open houses, inspections, and appointments
● Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently
● Hungry for reps, experience, and real estate knowledge
● Willing to follow proven systems and team standards
● Able to use or quickly learn CRM, lead, and marketing technology
● Excited about building a long-term career in real estate

Compensation includes:
● $30 per home shown with a closing bonus
● Additional earning opportunities as you grow into working with more buyers and sellers
Income potential will depend on your production, consistency, market, average sales price, and ability to follow up and convert opportunities.
