These values are designed to be ownable, memorable, actionable, concise, and inspiring — creating a workplace where leadership is intentional and every team member feels proud to be part of the mission.

2. Cross‐Functional Program Leadership
- Lead cross functional integration teams across HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Safety.
- Ensure all workstreams deliver on timelines, dependencies, and integration requirements.
- Facilitate integration steering committees, executive updates, and decision-making forums.
- Maintain integration dashboards, KPIs, and status reporting for leadership.
3. Pre‐Close Assessment & Day 1 Readiness
- Conduct pre‐close assessments to identify operational, financial, HR, and systems risks.
- Build Day 1 readiness plans, communication strategies, and onboarding workflows.
- Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are met prior to close.
- Partner with Legal and Finance to support due diligence and transition planning.
4. Post‐Close Execution & Value Capture
- Lead execution of all integration activities, ensuring alignment with Solidaire’s operating model.
- Drive system migrations, policy harmonization, financial alignment, and operational standardization.
- Track value capture metrics, including cost synergies, revenue enablement, and operational improvements.
- Ensure acquired leadership teams are supported, aligned, and integrated into Solidaire culture.
5. Continuous Improvement & Scalability
- Refine integration playbooks, templates, and tools based on lessons learned.
- Build a scalable integration model capable of supporting increasing acquisition volume.
- Develop training and enablement for internal teams involved in integration.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on integration readiness and capacity.
Qualifications
- 12+ years integration, consulting, operations, or program leadership experience.
- Experience leading integrations in PE‐backed or multi‐site environments strongly preferred.
