Compensation is derived from investments, fee-based planning, and insurance solutions—providing diverse revenue streams and long-term earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Create personalized financial strategies for wealth management, protection, and retirement planning

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted financial partner

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting

• Stay current on financial trends, tax strategies, and market insights to deliver exceptional value

• Guide clients through the implementation of tailored plans, including savings strategies, life insurance, mutual funds, and more

What We’re Looking For

• Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder residing in the United States
  • Sales experience (strongly preferred)
  • Obtain Series 7, and Series 66, within 6 months of hire
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior financial advisor experience strongly preferred
  • Life Insurance license to start
  • Clean Form U4 (no disclosures)
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management principles
