JOB SUMMARY

Press Operators are required to safely and effectively set up, load, and print jobs with as much accuracy and efficiency as possible, while solving any printing issues that occur on press while meeting or exceeding safety, quality standards, efficiency, machine set-up, waste and

non-chargeable downtime standards.

JOB DETAILS

Load garments accurately on press.

Must be mindful of fluctuating print parameters.

Must ensure pressures are consistent, ink is constantly loaded and refreshed, and flash temperatures are correct.

Should have excellent hand-eye coordination.

Lead the press team.

Required to set up and run jobs.

Run as efficiently as possible while minimizing misprints.

Adjust garments or press as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIERMENTS

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to work with ink and non-toxic chemicals every day.

Ability to manually operate machinery.

Ability to work in a team.

Ability to work under various temperatures cold/hot.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel.

Ability to lift 25-50lbs.

Ability to work overtime or weekends when necessary.

Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment, when necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and heat.

Exposure to continuous moderate to loud noise level.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED

Acceptable prior work history

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, & multiply.

Mon-Thu 7:00 AM –5:30 PM. (4 Day Week)
