TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901!
Job Title: Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: - Experience in Interventional Radiology - Proficient in Pre/Post Procedure care and Special Procedures - Familiarity with Epic Description: Schedule is Monday-Friday. Patient population includes adults to geriatrics. The role involves working in an environment with 5 rooms and 8 beds. The candidate will be expected to assist with patient care pre and post procedures. Call requirements are 1-2 days per week. Holidays will be expected to be worked if they fall within the assignment period. Compliance is required to start on time. Candidates will undergo a clinical screen to determine fit. Only locals are accepted at the same rate. Additional skills required include various interventional radiology procedures and patient management. The position requires participation in special procedures as needed. Staffing will be based on the needs of the unit. Floating within the facility may be required as needed. The unit supports interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams and radiology services. Healthcare professionals must maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards. Adequate knowledge of equipment and technologies relevant to interventional radiology is essential. The candidate must exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
