Customer Care Associate POST NUMBER: 467583
- Manage and resolve inquiries from employer groups, plan administrators, and brokers with professionalism and accuracy
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer concerns, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Escalate and coordinate issue resolution with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and retention
- Apply in-depth product knowledge to accurately address questions and policy-related requests
- Stay current on product updates, processes, and regulatory standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve service processes
- Document and manage customer interactions using CRM or customer service platforms
- Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams to support continuous improvement
- Ensure all interactions align with organizational service standards and performance goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related college coursework preferred
- Minimum 3 years of office experience, including at least 3 years in a customer service role
- Insurance industry experience preferred
