We are a fast-growing emergency restoration company specializing in water damage , mold remediation , and disaster recovery services. We’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic, experienced Sales Closer who can convert qualified leads into signed restoration jobs. This role is salary and commission based. Full-time with performance incentives. Key Responsibilities
- Follow up immediately on leads and schedule onsite visits.
- Educate homeowners about the damage, insurance process, and remediation.
- Build trust and urgency during consultations to sign service agreements on the spot.
- Document client interactions and signed contracts in CRM systems.
- Proven track record in mold remediation sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal oriented.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- One weekend a month required
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes a strong plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
