Plumber
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented plumber to join our inspection team. This role involves conducting plumbing evaluations during home inspections, identifying issues, and providing recommendations for repair or replacement. Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing system assessments during home inspections, including water supply lines, fixtures, drains, water heaters, and other components.
- Identify and document plumbing defects, safety concerns, and code violations.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with inspectors and clients to answer questions and explain plumbing findings.
- Stay current on plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service on every inspection.
- Licensed Plumber in the state of Georgia (required).
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience in residential settings.
- Knowledge of Georgia plumbing codes and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ideal experience in home inspection or related field.
