We are seeking experienced owner's representatives and program managers who have developed strong relationships working directly with building owners and institutional clients. Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex capital programs from planning through closeout—healthcare, education, government, civic, or commercial.
Cultivate client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Serve as the owner's trusted advisor on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
Navigate local and state regulatory environments, permitting processes, and jurisdictional requirements.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide knowledge and best practices.
Contribute to proposals and business development pursuits.
15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
Demonstrated track record managing $25M+ capital projects.
Strong working relationships with building owners, institutional clients, or public agencies.
Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Experience navigating state and local regulatory approvals and project closeout requirements.
CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or LEED AP certification.
Experience with bond programs or multi-project capital improvement programs.
