Position: Sales Representative

Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!) Experience: At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads
• Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales
