Warehouse Operations Specialist (1st Shift)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Dawsonville, GA 30534 . This is a 6-month contract role paying $16.50/hour , with the potential to be hired permanently based on your performance and business needs. No prior warehouse experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and the desire to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Schedule : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and break down consumer electronic devices such as TVs, computers, and phones
• Lift, move, and organize boxes to assist scanners in meeting production goals
• Palletize, wrap, and label products accurately and efficiently
• Replenish supplies at workstations and transport trash to compactor areas
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist team members across various warehouse functions as needed
• Support quality control by organizing and maintaining inventory zones

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Warehouse or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Must have reliable transportation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for long periods in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments
