Nurse Practitioner
- National Board Certification required for FNP prior to start of residency program. Please note that you do not need these prior to the interview process.
- GA license for NPs as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- Be a licensed GA RN within 18 months of graduate school completion
- Receive COVID-19 vaccine
- CV/Resume (include any special certifications/trainings, anticipated graduation date, and certification date if not already certified)
- Statement of Intent
- Evidence of your status in a graduate program if still in school (e.g. transcripts)
- Copy of BLS card
- Two Letters of Recommendation sent to [email protected].
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Submit application with supporting documentation
- Phone Interview
- Onsite Interview
