Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Cabinet & Kitchen Remodel Installer , where youll work on hands-on kitchen renovation projects from start to finish. Were looking for someone who thrives in the trades, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow in a company that values craftsmanship and teamwork. Responsibilities:

• Perform kitchen remodeling tasks including cabinet installation, drawer boxes, hardware, countertops, tile, trim, and painting
• Follow detailed project plans and communicate progress with the team lead
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
• Use various hand and power tools to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Support lead installer and project manager to finish projects on time and with quality
• Represent the company professionally with homeowners and team members

Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience in kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
• Comfortable with tools and eager to expand your skillset
• Punctual, dependable, and coachable
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in a physically active environment

Preferred but not required:

• Cabinet refacing or painting experience
• Spanish-speaking ability
• Interest in growing into a lead-level role

Work Location:
West Atlanta Metro area including Powder Springs, Smyrna, Mableton, Hiram, and surrounding areas

Schedule:
Monday Friday (occasional weekends based on project needs)
