Salaried Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Job description:

A salaried Hotel Maintenance Supervisor leads the engineering team in maintaining a property's physical plant, guest rooms, and public areas. They ensure all systems operate efficiently, handle preventative maintenance, and enforce safety standards to minimize downtime and elevate the guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

· Full Room Maintenance: Direct and perform detailed repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative upkeep inside all guest rooms.

· Upkeep of Common Areas: Oversee the continuous cleaning, repair, and aesthetic maintenance of lobbies, hallways, and public spaces.

· Grounds Maintenance: Manage landscaping, exterior upkeep, debris removal, and overall curb appeal of the property.

· Pool Cleaning: Ensure daily testing, chemical balancing, filtration management, and strict sanitation of the swimming pool facilities.

· Team Leadership & Safety: Train staff, manage departmental budgets, and enforce compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations.

Job Details & Schedule

· Job Type: Full-time, Salaried

· Schedule Requirements:

• 8 hour shift + Emergency On-Call
• Day shift, Evening shift, and Night shift flexibility
• Weekend availability required
• Holidays required

Qualifications & Requirements

· License/Certification: Valid Driver's License (Required).

· Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

· Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities with a guest-first mindset.
