Driver

As a Crew Driver, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and upholding our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on, full-time position where you will work outdoors, operate a variety of landscaping equipment, and travel with your crew to different job sites each day. Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks on assigned properties, including mowing, edging, weeding, watering, and pruning, under the supervision of a Crew Leader.
• Safely operate hand tools and maintenance equipment such as mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, and pruning tools.
• Apply fertilizers and pest control techniques as directed.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance on equipment, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Report any damaged trees or missing plant material to supervisors.
• Accurately record hours worked and follow time reporting procedures.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with crew members, supervisors, and clients.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Travel daily from the main operations building to job sites and back in company vehicles.
• Adhere to company dress code and conduct expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping or related tasks.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisory instructions.
• Capable of handling the physical demands of outdoor work, including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional and reliable work ethic.
