As a Grading Superintendent at Reeves Construction, you will be part of a dynamic team that aims for excellence and precision in every project. Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all grading operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project requirements and timelines.
- Strictly enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues, implementing solutions promptly and effectively.
- Manage and mentor a team of grading workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job happiness.
- Successfully implement project plans, ensuring that all specifications and client expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, equipment usage, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to provide updates and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
