Soft Skills
- Be able to speak in a corporate business environment. Because this is a Scrum environment, overcommunicating is helpful.

Coding skills
- HTML5/CSS3/JS ES5 ES6
- Responsive web development experience
- AJAX, REST API
- Object Oriented Programming
- Accessible web development (page speed load time, semantic HTML)
- Webpack experience
- Web templating language experience (Handlebars/Mustache preferred)
- DOM API (accessing and manipulating the DOM using vanilla JS and jQuery)
- Understanding of server-side rendering concepts
- React.JS & Angular.JS experience
- Eleventy
- Bootstrap CSS framework
Web marketing concepts
- Google tagging and analytics experience is a plus
Process
- AGILE development and SCRUM experience
- Prior experience working in a Scrum team [is required] and can jump in, in the trenches and execute Scrum and Agile
- Understand the concept of a vertical slice story/feature
- Understand the concept of tasking
