Housing Maintenance Technician
Thomasville, GA | $16.00 / Hour
A local realty company is looking for a Housing Maintenance Technician to be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair work across housing properties, including plumbing, fixtures, and basic electrical systems. This role ensures safe, functional living conditions for resident by responding to maintenance needs promptly and completing additional duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Complete general plumbing maintenance and repairs throughout housing properties
- Complete additional tasks as requested by management
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 15 pounds
- Must have own tools
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean MVR
- Willing to undergo criminal background check
- Clean drug screen
Location: Thomasville, GA
Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm, Tuesday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
