About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial activities of our treasury solutions segments, including accruals, accounts receivable (AR), settlement, revenue and cost of revenue accounting, and monthly reporting. The ideal candidate is expected to be proficient with NetSuite, a strong grasp of accounting principles, and a proactive approach to managing month-end reporting effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage month-end and daily accounting tasks.
Preparing invoices to customers using detailed trackers and financial schedules including monitoring and responding to billing-related emails.
Reconciliation of revenue, taxes, and deferred revenue schedules.
Completing month-end billing processes for new acquisitions as needed and startup technology venture companies.
Review and approve daily settlement entries.
Provide support and reporting required to other functional teams such as account management, operations and sales teams.
Reconcile settlement accounts and verify accuracy and completeness.
General ledger accounting and reporting.
Review intercompany reconciliations.
Supporting external audits, internal reporting and other adhoc reporting.
Preparing financial statements and monthly cashflow forecasts as required.
Special projects as assigned, such as system implementations or migration tasks.
Provide support to FP&A team in financial analysis.
Support integration of new acquisitions with Company’s systems and processes.
Communicate and resolve complex issues for timely resolution.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions timely.
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Meet financial accounting objectives in accordance with applicable standards.
Ensure timely review and preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
Perform SOX controls timely and in accordance with design.
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Interact with senior executives, providing high-level insights, and advanced analysis on business' financials and performance.

You are seen as a steady partner to FP&A, Operations, Account Management, Sales, and senior leadership—someone who anticipates needs, resolves issues quickly, and strengthens decision‑making through clear insights. Your leadership elevates the team’s performance, improves processes, and supports scalable growth, resulting in fewer bottlenecks, stronger alignment, and a more predictable financial environment that enables others to focus on higher‑value priorities.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Ability to multitask and resolve complex financial issues efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 7-9 years of work experience in finance/accounting roles.
Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data.
Ability to direct and supervise staff team members.
Knowledge of US GAAP and accounting best practices.
Preferred Requirements:
CPA designation is a plus.
Experience using NetSuite a plus.
Experience with payments processing industry a plus.
Experience in data analysis a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range: $100k - $120k
