With six locations, they offer affordable services to patients regardless of disability or handicap, with accommodations provided upon request.

Salary and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $117,000 - $139,000
• Relocation Package: $5,000 (Payable on the first check)

Responsibilities:

• Flexible Scheduling for Crisis Unit
• Monday - Friday for Outpatient and Medication Management
• Outpatient, Medication Management, and Crisis Unit Positions Available
• No nights, on-call, or weekends
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan

Requirements:

• Clear and active PMHNP license in the state of Florida
• 1 Years of Experience Required
• DEA and/or X Waiver (Data 2000) Required for Medication Management
• Experience working with patients of all ages
