Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator

We are a growing private dental office seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused Front Desk Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting treatment acceptance and maintaining an efficient, productive schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
  • Discuss financial options and assist patients in moving forward with care.
  • Coordinate and schedule treatment efficiently.
  • Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage accurately.
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding accounts.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy within patient records.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow.


Qualifications:

  • Previous dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence discussing treatment and financial arrangements.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented.
