What You'll Do

Serve Our Community

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and helpful attitude
• Answer questions and assist with purchases
• Provide exceptional service that reflects Lovett's values of love and belonging

Keep Things Running Smoothly

• Inventory and organize current and new products
• Stock the sales floor and stockroom with care and attention to detail
• Help create an inviting, well-organized shopping environment

Work as a Team

• Collaborate with fellow student workers and the Campus Store Manager
• Support teammates to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Contribute ideas for improving customer experience

Grow Professionally

• Develop skills in customer service, inventory management, and teamwork
• Learn responsibility, time management, and workplace professionalism
• Build your resume with meaningful work experience

Requirements

• Age: At least 14 years old and Lovett student
• Availability: Flexible schedule during summer hours (July 1 - August 13)
• Commitment: Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move boxes/products as needed
