What You’ll Do

As Direct Care Staff, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day care and development of the boys in our program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing supervision and ensuring the safety of the residents.
- Managing behavioral challenges with patience, understanding, and professionalism.
- Building positive relationships to foster trust and growth.
- Assisting with daily routines, activities, and educational support.
- Collaborating with other staff members to maintain a structured and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience working with youth, particularly teenagers.
- The ability to effectively manage behavioral challenges that often come with adolescence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with the boys and your team.
- A calm, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Dedication to promoting a positive and growth-oriented environment.
