Part Time Activity Director
Activity Director plans, coordinates, and oversees engaging programs and events that promote social, emotional, cognitive and physical wellbeing for residents.
They develop a calendar of activities tailored to residents' interests, ensure participation, and create a vibrant, inclusive community environment.
Key responsibilities include assessing resident's needs, organizing, outing, recruiting volunteers, and collaborating with care staff. Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and passion for enriching the lives of older adults are essential.
