As a member of the litigation department, you will work with senior lawyers and paralegals and report to our managing partner and clients. What You Will Do:
- Provide legal advice to clients.
- Meet with individuals involved in legal processes to provide information and clarify issues.
- Represent the interests of clients in legal proceedings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies.
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Manage multiple projects at varying stages.
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- Doctorate Degree
- JD from accredited law school and Georgia Bar license
- Litigation
- Torts
- Motion Practice
- Civil Procedure
- Complex Litigation
- Legal Document Preparation
- 401(k)
