JOB TITLE: Master Planner/Scheduler

LOCATION: Marietta, GA

PAY RATE: Up to $130/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Ability to obtain secret clearance; not required to start.

Summary:

• Provides planning and scheduling support for multiple mission requirements across locations.

• Supports development and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedules, Statements of Work, and Basis of Estimate.

• Advises Program Management on contractual impacts, critical events, and factors affecting delivery or cost.

• Coordinates with IPTs and cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.

• Applies Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and develops knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Prepares status reports, metrics, and presentations.

• Not a Maintenance Scheduler role

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain secret clearance; not required to start.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM)

• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool

• Knowledge of schedule control, proposal development, audits, and project integration

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project

• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with technical teams and understand product basics

• Experience with capture, R&D, production scheduling, and inter-functional dependencies

• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
