Compensation Range: $50-55/hr W2

Job Description:
Support internal AI transformation initiatives by organizing AI learning resources, coordinating training programs, and providing program management support for a growing AI enablement program.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Build and organize a centralized AI learning repository for internal teams

• Consolidate AI training resources, documentation, and recordings into a structured knowledge hub

• Organize learning materials including LLM trainings, articles, and recorded sessions

• Manage content within an asynchronous learning platform and ensure materials are easily accessible

• Coordinate AI training sessions and vendor-led workshops

• Introduce speakers, record training sessions, and upload content to the learning hub

• Track follow-ups and action items from internal training initiatives

• Monitor internal communication channels to capture and organize AI insights and resources

• Support procurement, legal follow-ups, and operational tasks related to AI tools

• Manage multiple workstreams tied to AI adoption initiatives

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles

  • Experience working within enterprise corporate environments

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs

  • Strong organizational and program management skills

  • Experience creating or managing knowledge repositories (wiki pages, documentation hubs, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into structured, digestible formats

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence facilitating or supporting training sessions

  • Self-starter able to work independently in an evolving program environment

  • Must have access to their own laptop

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Program management certifications (PMP, CAPM)

  • Experience supporting internal enablement or learning programs

  • Experience with learning platforms or knowledge-sharing tools

  • Background in consulting, marketing operations, or transformation initiatives
