Machine Operator

- Second Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

- High school diploma or GED
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Successful completion of the training program
- 1–3 years of machine operating experience
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Inspect machines and make necessary adjustments before and during operation
- Set the machine counter at the beginning of each shift
- Operate machines according to established work instructions
- Verify the correct raw materials, packaging, and identification numbers are being used, including lot numbers, operator numbers, and UDI labels when applicable
- Perform line clearance procedures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct in-process visual inspections, measurements, physical counts, and manual inspections of finished products to identify defects
- Accurately document inspection results
- Notify the Material Handler when material changes are needed
- Verify the correct material is loaded after each roll change
- Report product defects and machine maintenance needs to the Maintenance team or Supervisor
- Perform additional duties as assigned
