Job Description
Project/Program:
Parks Operations and Revenue Tracking System (PORTS)
The Software Developer will design develop and implement PORTS projects for Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) agency. Software Developer will collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective scable application solutions.
Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services 8 C# and Entity Framework.
Design write and optimize complex T-SQL queries stored procedures functions views and triggers in SQL Server.
Create DDL and DML scripts and migrate to lower and production database.
Collaborate with business analysts technical leads to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
Create and maintain technical specifications and data flow documentation.
Participate in all phases of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.
Design and develop reports using SSRS to integrate with application.
Design and develop SSIS packages to automate the data extract and transfers.
Use GIT version control for application code and document repository code reviews and CI/CD pipeline workflows. Mandatory Qualification:

Is involved with all facets of the software development process including the research design programming testing and implementation of computer software. Expert -
84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months experience in developing backend services and REST APIs using 8 C# Entity Framework and .
- 84 months experience in SQL Server database design and development including tables stored procedures triggers views and functions using T-SQL.
- 60 months experience designing and developing reports using SSRS and ETL packages using SSIS to automate data extraction and transfer processes.
- 60 months experience in web development using Angular along with HTML CSS and JavaScript for integration.
- 60 months of experience creating technical documents based on business needs by working with internal teams who interact with external subject matter experts and vendors.
- 36 months experience using source code controller such as TFS/GIT including setup of CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related.
