Installation, Test & Commissioning Leader (Sig)

Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead pivotal test activities over railway signaling systems and ensure the Installation and Test & Commissioning process is executed based on approved procedures, in a proper manner which follows Alstom’s standards, regulations, and local laws. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project engineering, installation teams, and system integration test), supervise installation and commissioning activities, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
Leading the management and execution of ITC activities related to railway signaling subsystems,
Ensuring proper execution of installation and T&C processes based on approved procedures,
Recording and reporting all installation documentation and instruction changes,
Conducting deep troubleshooting of wayside/railway systems to identify root causes and solutions,
Enforcing safety and EHS throughout all steps of execution,
Timely reporting of test and field work, including non-conformities and defects,
Planning work, conducting safety briefs, debriefs, and escalating matters to meet project QCD targets,
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners for T&C activities

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or a Technician Degree with equivalent experience.,
Experience or understanding of Installation, T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.,
Knowledge of railway installation processes and one or more signaling subsystems.,
Familiarity with interfacing with Design and Installation stakeholders.,
Ability to communicate in an open and clear manner with various stakeholders.,
Availability to work in the field and on night shifts.,
Prioritization of customer satisfaction and a results-oriented mindset.,
Must have a driver’s license.
