Enclosure Assembler (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a talented Enclosure Assembler to join our dynamic team and help us craft high-quality products. You will be responsible for ensuring precise measurements, installing insulation, applying torque wrenches, and completing various assembly tasks according to specifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Install rockwool insulation on all sides of structures.
• Apply torque wrenches as required for assembly.
• Trim engine rooms and install brackets for transformers.
• Install bird screens and add exterior trim.
• Caulk all wall sides to ensure proper sealing.
• Assess and ensure the precision of hole depths during the drilling process.
• Utilize saw tables to cut necessary components or parts.
• Install and cut skin on all wall sides as needed.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in assembly or construction-related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in using tape measures, torque wrenches, and other assembly tools.
• Pass tape measure test and accurately measure all wall sides.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
