Production Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to take charge of our manufacturing floor, guide our team, and keep operations running at peak efficiency. In this role, you won't just be sitting behind a desk—you will be right in the action. You will lead the floor, coach team members, assist with machinery setup, and actively look for ways to improve our processes while maintaining a safe, high-quality, and fast-paced environment.

• Leadership: Proven judgment, decision-making capabilities, and the ability to influence and manage a team effectively.

• Skills Profile: Background or foundational understanding in Manufacturing, Production Control, Managing, and Leading.

• Experience: Previous production or operations experience with steel fabrication is a major plus, with a good work ethic and a desire to learn are critical. Email your resume to: [email protected]

Responsibilities

• Lead & Coach: Directly oversee production floor activities; motivate, train, and mentor team members to meet daily targets.

• Keep Pace: Ensure production control and schedule adherence stay sharp, keeping output numbers high without sacrificing quality.

• Hands-on Support: Assist with machinery setup, troubleshooting, and basic line management.

• Process Improvement: Evaluate operations and suggest smart adjustments to optimize workflow and reduce waste.

• Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
