Warehouse Operations Operator
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process customer orders: scanning barcodes, labeling boxes, picking products, and preparing for shipment.
- Palletizing and re-palletizing products for shipment.
- Perform dock manifest duties, including scanning completed pallets and operating a shrink wrapper.
- Operate ground/manual manifest stations and transport pallets using material handling equipment.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time according to departmental standards and procedures.
- Maintain work areas in line with Quality System Regulations (QSR).
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure regular and reliable attendance.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting distribution documents.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment and RF scanners.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with general distribution and Quality System Regulations (QSR).
- Basic math skills.
- General computer skills.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, stooping, climbing, and standing.
- Ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
