Accountants One is working with a long-term client that is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records. This role will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Prepare financial reports as needed
- Ensure invoices, payments, and expenses are recorded accurately
- Support the management team with accounting-related tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
