Mobile HD Trailer Mechanic

This position is for the day shift, Monday-Friday, and pays up to $30/hr, plus monthly commission bonuses.

FleetPride is looking for a Mobile HD Trailer Tech to join our Team in Ellenwood! This position will utilize a company service truck during business hours to perform a lot of work at our customers. Some overnight required. Company paid hotel and food per diem! The ideal candidate needs to be proficient in all mechanical and body repairs with a clean MVR.

This is what we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience working on HD trailers preferred.
• Previous Trailer body, floor, and door repair experience required.
• A clean driving record required.
• Good communication skills with the service manager, service writer, and customers about jobs in progress.
• Ability to provide your tools and box.
• Someone who is driven to work efficiently and safely to provide the best service.
• Someone who will repair trailers and all types of chassis repairs including brake jobs, airline repairs, axle work, welding, cutting with a torch, some container repairs, patches, door repairs/replacements, and roof/wall/floor repair.
