Key Responsibilities of the RN PCU
- Provide high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit
- Monitor patient status and respond effectively to changes
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families about care processes
Requirements of the RN PCU
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty
- Active AHA BLS, ACLS, & NIH Certification
