I’m partnering with a well-respected restaurant group in Savannah that’s looking to add a polished, driven Sous Chef to their culinary leadership team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and is looking for long-term career growth , not just a lateral move.

The Opportunity:

• Support daily kitchen operations with a focus on execution, consistency, and guest experience
• Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team in a positive, teaching-focused environment
• Assist with food cost, inventory, and P&L responsibilities
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team
• Maintain food specs, recipes, and presentation standards
• Play a key leadership role in a high-volume, detail-driven Savannah restaurant

Ideal Background:

• 2–3+ years of Sous Chef experience
• High-volume and/or upscale restaurant experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on, professional culinary leadership style
• Desire to grow into an Executive Chef or senior leadership role
