Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job
- Core responsibilities: Deliver expert ICU nursing care to critically ill patients, including comprehensive assessment, monitoring of hemodynamics, ventilator management, airway and sedation oversight, and timely administration of vasoactive medications. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans; interpret ABGs, manage complex alarm protocols, and perform intricate patient positioning and mobility strategies. Document meticulously in electronic health records, communicate clearly with families, and participate in daily rounds and evidence-based practice updates. Maintain strict infection control standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
