Schedule: Full-time, onsite (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Salary: $60,000 per year

We are seeking an Operations Lead to ensure smooth operations and lead the day-to-day operations with a firm specializing in sales and marketing for a major international manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations Manager in daily office and warehouse activities.
• Lead teams to ensure smooth operations, optimize workflows, and maintain safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide updates on operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office/warehouse equipment.
