Athletic Services Desk Receptionist (Premier Country Club)
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ATHLETIC SERVICES DESK RECEPTIONIST:
Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time Athletic Services Desk Receptionist. You provide outstanding customer service to our members and their guests. You are knowledgeable about operating OS and POS systems while remaining smiling and friendly during your transactions. You enthusiastically sell racquet-related merchandise and book court times for our members. Fanatic about the look of your workspace, you routinely clean and maintain the area.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This full-time position requires working variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED or higher
- Customer service experience
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Ability to use a PC with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Two+ years of work experience in a resort, club, or hospitality industry setting preferred
Experience working in a similar environment, previous customer service experience, and some point-of-sale knowledge are highly desirable but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
