Title: Data Science Manager Generative AI
Location: Atlanta, GA | Contract or Full-Time
Join a leading consulting partner driving enterprise-scale AI innovation. You'll lead a team designing and deploying next-generation LLM and RAG-based solutions that transform customer experience, document processing, and knowledge management.
What You'll Do:
- Lead data scientists in building GenAI applications using LLMs and embeddings
- Architect and deploy scalable RAG pipelines
- Fine-tune models and integrate with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on end-to-end delivery
- Stay ahead of AI trends and represent the Data Science practice in leadership forums
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years in Data Science / ML with leadership experience
- Expertise in Python, Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
- Strong understanding of MLOps and AWS environments
