Position Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, help lead a team of baristas, and ensure that every guest receives excellent service with a smile.

What You'll Do

• Assist with managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Train, coach, and develop baristas to meet performance and quality standards.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cash handling.
• Help achieve sales goals and monitor key performance metrics.
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing leadership role preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork. Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and some holidays.
