About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial projects, senior living, hospitality, multi-family residential housing, and mixed-use developments. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects from concept to completion, collaborate across disciplines, and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all phases of architectural design, from Schematic Design through Contract Administration.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary design documentation with Architectural, Interior Design, and Land Planning/Landscape Architectural teams.
  • Collaborate with external MEP and Structural consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of building codes and design development processes.
  • Lead project teams and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Utilize and manage Revit and other software tools to produce high-quality design documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including supervisory or team leadership roles.
  • Licensed Architect or on the path to licensure.
  • Proficiency in Revit and MS Office, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide staff-level professionals.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
